Police Station Representation – FREE (following arrest)
As part of this bespoke service, clients can be accompanied by a member of our Motor Law team at the police interview where we will speak to the police and obtain disclosure of evidence. Exceptional Hardship £900.00 - £1,500.00 + VAT
As experts in this field we understand the situations that can lead to a successful Exceptional Hardship argument. It is important that all appropriate evidence in support of this argument is gathered and presented before the Court. Our team will advise you as to what is required in advance of the hearing date and will thoroughly prepare your case.
Trial Representation - £1,500.00 + VAT
(Any Additional Hearings £250.00 + VAT)
In certain circumstances your case may lead to what we call an interim hearing whereby the matter cannot be dealt with by way of correspondence and when a lawyer physically needs to attend court to deal with a specific legal issue. An interim hearing is not required in every case as it depends on individual circumstances. Our team will of course be able to guide you through the process, providing you with peace of mind.

The above fees are for Merseyside Courts only. For any court outside of Merseyside then the below additional fees will be added
Cheshire/ Wrexham/ Mold cases- Additional £250.00 plus VAT per hearing
Greater Manchester/ Lancashire/ Caernarfon, Llandudno - Additional £250.00 plus VAT
Anything outside of the above areas will be subject to agreement
The above fees may be subject to change depending on the facts of the case.
When do I need to pay?
Our usual policy is to obtain payment in advance of any legal work being undertaken on your behalf.
However, we do appreciate that the cost of being represented is not always affordable although do want each of you to have access to our specialists solicitors when needed. If you do wish to use our services and have difficulties in providing payment, please do get in touch as we may be able to offer you an instalment plan.
