Head of Property Department
We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Property. The role will include the daily management of the property team alongside handling a caseload of property files residential and commercial property (if experienced in commercial property).

The suitable candidate will be managing the progression of cases from inception to completion, liaising with clients, referrers and estate agents. They will have experience in both leadership and management and a track record of winning business with agents, brokers and lenders alongside experience of fee earning in cases from inception to completion, liaising with clients, referrers and estate agents. The ability to undertake business planning, financial planning and work at a strategic level are key.

Private Client Legal Assistant
The successful candidate will be assisting with running a caseload of private client files including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA’s), Court of Protection and Estate Administration files. We are looking for a confident and experienced assistant with strong communication skills.

Private Client Solicitor/CFILEx
The successful candidate will be running a caseload of private client files including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA’s), Court of Protection and Estate Administration files. We are looking for a confident and experienced Solicitor with strong communication skills.

Property Solicitor/FILEx/Licensed Conveyancer
We are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer to provide property law services for both individuals and businesses at our Prenton Office.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload that includes sales, purchases, re mortgages, and commercial property transactions, utilising a case management system for efficiency.

The ideal applicant will oversee the entire process of cases from initiation to conclusion, maintaining communication with clients, businesses, referrers, and estate agents throughout.
