Summary of Current Role / areas of expertise

Deborah is a Senior Associate and Head of the Property Department and has a range of experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, from freehold to leasehold transactions to remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and everything in between!

Deborah also has experience dealing with commercial lease renewals, drafting commercial leases and company refinancing.

Career History

Deborah qualified in 2012 after completing her training contract with Poole Alcock LLP.  She has since worked in a variety of small and medium-sized firms across Cheshire and the Wirral including Colemans CTTS, David Roberts & Co Solicitors, Percy Hughes & Roberts Solicitors, Simpson Millar LLP and Taylor Rose MW before joining Kirwans at the start of 2023.
