Michelle holds the position of a Legal Assistant and provides valuable support to the fee earners in the Property Department. Her primary responsibilities revolve around handling completion and post completion tasks, such as ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order and finalising transactions smoothly. Additionally, Michelle plays a crucial role in providing quotes to clients and setting up new files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is organised and readily available. Furthermore, she actively communicates updates to both clients and Estate Agents, aiming to alleviate any potential stress associated with the transaction process.

Career History

Before becoming a member of Kirwans, Michelle had gained experience working in a few other legal firms. In 2002, Michelle joined Kirwans alongside Jasper Dawson, who was a Partner at the time. Michelle took on the role of Jasper’s Legal Secretary and handled various tasks related to Private Client work and Property work. However, after Jasper’s retirement in 2022, Michelle transitioned to being a valuable member of the Property Team at Kirwans.
