As Practice Director, Sarah oversees the daytoday running of the firm and keeps the operational side of the business moving smoothly. Sarah works closely with partners and department heads to make sure the firm has the people, systems and resources it needs to deliver a reliable service to clients.

Alongside her operational role, Sarah leads the firm’s human resource’s function. Sarah’s responsible for recruitment, staff development, performance management, and wellbeing. Sarah’s focus is on creating a workplace where people feel supported, able to grow and confident in the work they do.

Sarah brings a practical, people centred approach to leadership. Whether Sarah is managing policies, guiding managers or improving internal processes, Sarah aims to make things clear, fair and easy for colleagues to work with. Sarah is especially committed to building an inclusive environment and helping teams collaborate more effectively.
