Diane is a Legal Assistant in the Wills and Probate, Family and Dispute Resolution Department. Diane plays an essential part in supporting the smooth running of the team. Working closely with the fee earners, they assist with preparing documents, organising case files and assist in progressing matters so that clients receive a timely and efficient service.
A key part of Diane’s role is client engagement. Diane is as a consistent point of contact for clients, helping to guide them through what can often be a sensitive and unfamiliar process. Diane maintains regular communication, provide updates, answer day to day queries and ensure clients feel informed and reassured at every stage of their matter.
Diane also supports the departments with administrative duties, liaising with third parties, scheduling appointments and helping to keep cases moving.
